Bound to the account
The pack belongs to the brand, not to the app. Switch accounts and the deck, calendar and insights all change together.
Android · posting deck · v4.4
FlareSocial is a dated deck of ready-to-post content that lives on your phone, and every brand you run carries its own. Pick a post, pick your platforms, and each composer opens ready — about fifteen seconds a post, across nine platforms.
It never posts, schedules, or publishes on your behalf. Nothing leaves the phone until you tap send inside the platform’s own app.
There is no sign-up form on this page and no mailing list. The button opens your own mail app with a draft; nothing is sent until you send it.
The honest maximum: the caption is on your clipboard, then the platform opens as deep as it’s allowed to go.
A reminder reminds you. It does not post.
One deck per brand. Tap the name to change which brand you are in.
The spine
Every flow ends with your thumb, inside the platform’s own app. That is not a feature we haven’t built yet — it is the shape of the product.
An app that posts on your behalf needs your passwords or your API tokens, needs permission to speak as you, and fails silently at three in the morning when a token expires. FlareSocial holds none of that. It prepares the post, hands it over, and stops. A reminder reminds you. It does not post.
Content packs
A creator running several brands was running several decks in their head. Now each account carries its own content pack — a dated deck of ready-to-post content that belongs to that brand and to nothing else. Tap the brand name at the top of the deck, pick another, and the whole deck becomes that brand’s. Nothing is merged and nothing is copied across.
The pack belongs to the brand, not to the app. Switch accounts and the deck, calendar and insights all change together.
Only the pack you are currently in is downloaded. The others stay on the server until you open them.
Once a pack has been fetched it opens instantly with no network — same as the starter pack that shipped in the app.
The nine · 4 fill · 5 paste
Four platforms let an outside app type your caption. Five refuse. Here is that constraint in full, before you install anything. Meta strips pre-filled text from third-party apps as policy; TikTok requires a registered partner key; YouTube and Pinterest have no text entry point at all. No Android app gets around it — and any app that implies otherwise is describing something it does not do.
So FlareSocial does the honest maximum: the caption goes to your clipboard every single time, and the platform opens as deep as it is allowed to go. On four, the post is already typed. On the other five it is one long-press and one Paste. The app labels every platform with which one it is, before you tap.
| Platform | When you tap it | Why | Caption limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| X | auto-fills | Public post intent | 280 |
| Threads | auto-fills | Public post intent | 500 |
| auto-fills | Share intent accepts text | 3,000 | |
| auto-fills | Submit intent accepts a title | 300 | |
| copy, then paste | Meta strips third-party pre-filled text | 2,200 | |
| copy, then paste | Meta strips third-party pre-filled text | 63,206 | |
| TikTok | copy, then paste | Requires a registered partner key | 2,200 |
| YouTube | copy, then paste | No text entry point for outside apps | 5,000 |
| copy, then paste | No text entry point for outside apps | 500 |
Caption limits are the ceilings FlareSocial counts against while you edit; the counter turns red before the text would be truncated, not after. Reddit’s pre-fill populates the post title. Behaviour is set by each platform’s policy and can change without notice — when it does, the app’s labels change with it.
The flow
What the fifteen seconds is made of.
Today’s post is already written and on screen — before any network call, on a plane, in a basement. The brand’s pack is on the device; sync only ever adds newer content on top of what already works.
Tap the ones this post is going to. Each chip already says auto-fills or paste, and the character counter is scoped to the account you assigned, so you know before you leave whether the caption fits.
The caption goes to the clipboard, then the platform opens at its composer. If you attached a clip, the video travels with the caption through the share sheet.
You press the final button, in their app, as yourself. FlareSocial marks the post as shipped. If the app isn’t installed it opens the store instead — and marks nothing.
What’s in it
A dated deck per account — seasonal and holiday posts that land on the right day. Three packs are published today, delivered over the air.
A fetched pack works with no network at all. Your local edit outranks the synced feed, which outranks the bundled pack. Nothing overwrites your words.
A named, filtered view of the deck — “Q4 launch, IG + TikTok, unposted” — returned to in one tap instead of rebuilding the filter every morning.
On a tablet or unfolded foldable the deck and the editor sit side by side, so picking a post and writing it stop being two screens.
Import footage, play it in the app, save it to your gallery, and attach a clip to a post so the video travels with the caption.
A month view of the current pack seen from above. Today is ringed; days with posts carry a dot, days you’ve published a filled one.
Per-platform breakdown, activity heatmap, cadence and streaks — the heatmap stating in its own caption that FlareSocial records that a post shipped, not when.
Long-press to select, then mark, assign or delete in one pass. Duplicate a post. Export the whole deck to CSV or JSON whenever you want it out.
A notification at a time you choose, opening straight into today’s post. The permission is asked for only when you switch it on.
Sign in with Google or Facebook and the deck, your saved workspaces and each brand’s bound pack follow you to a second device, deletes included. Signed out, nothing is uploaded and everything still works.
How sign-in looks in the app — no password to remember.

Contact
There is no funnel here. Email goes straight to the team behind FlareSocial, and comes back from the same address. Tell us what you post, how many brands you run and which phone you’re on, and we’ll tell you where FlareSocial is.

The first button opens your mail app with a draft in it. The second copies the address — the same move the app makes every time you tap a platform.
